I am intuitively drawn to those otherwise seemingly ordinary moments, there is an energy there, a dynamic. I let those moments encapsulate me and by means of painting try to bring to the surface of the canvas the deeper narratives that often lie beneath the surface. Each portrait is a unique representation of the individual, showcasing their personal journey and emotions that define them.
